Kovilan Ramsamy brings over 35 years’ experience delivering large-scale commercial, retail, and infrastructure projects across South Africa. He is widely recognised for his technical expertise, operational leadership, and consistent delivery in complex build environments.
With deep experience across shopfitting, interiors, construction delivery, materials, and large-volume procurement, Kovilan specialises in translating ambitious design and engineering intent into disciplined, commercially viable execution. His role anchors The Full Circle’s technical delivery frameworks, build methodology, and engineering coordination.
Ryan Illgner
Ryan Illgner is the Founder and Director of The Full Circle, bringing over two decades of experience in interior design and large-scale project design strategy across hospitality, commercial, and high-end residential developments.
He has led design strategy on complex projects where design excellence must align with buildability, budget discipline, and long-term operational performance. Ryan is recognised for integrating creative vision with technical rigour, ensuring design intent is translated into coherent, functional, and commercially viable outcomes at scale.
As Founder, Ryan sets the design direction of The Full Circle, anchoring the business in design credibility, technical excellence, and international standards.
Thiroshna Ramsamy
Thiroshna Ramsamy is a Director with extensive experience in project governance, procurement management, and operational control within complex, delivery-driven environments.
Her background includes managing procurement functions, supplier coordination, materials administration, and compliance-driven processes, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and continuity across fast-paced, multi-layered projects. Thiroshna is recognised for bringing structure, follow-through, and control to procurement and governance systems, enabling execution teams to deliver with clarity and consistency.
Her role strengthens audit-ready processes, reinforces accountability, and supports disciplined, well-governed delivery across The Full Circle’s operations.
Serusha Singh
Serusha Singh is a Director and systems-driven consultant with over 25 years’ experience delivering large-scale, multi-million-rand hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments across South Africa and selected African markets.
She has led projects from early planning and specification through procurement, logistics, installation, and final handover, building execution frameworks that protect cost, programme, and quality. Serusha is known for translating complexity into disciplined systems, embedding governance, supplier accountability, and B-BBEE participation without compromising delivery performance.
Her role underpins The Full Circle’s operational systems, governance structures, and scalable delivery model.
